The three-hour duration is riding time only. Pickup is scheduled about an hour before your tour time, so budget roughly four hours door to door.
Ages 12 and up can drive if they are confident and capable. Ages 4 and up can join as passengers. Under-4s cannot join at all.
Solo Driver means one person on one ATV; Driver & Passenger means two people sharing. Adults and children pay the same price.
Maximum combined weight per ATV is 140 kg. Heavier pairs should book two Solo Driver spots.
Tours ride rain or shine and mud is part of it. In severe weather the operator reschedules at no cost or refunds in full.
Non-riders in your group can wait at the base camp viewpoint rather than book a seat.
